We are currently seeking experienced Restaurant Managers who share our enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and possess a natural ability to engage with both guests and team members. Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and mentoring staff members, collaborating closely with host/hostess teams to ensure seamless guest experiences during peak hours, maintaining professional relationships with guests while promptly addressing any concerns, coordinating effectively with kitchen staff on menu changes and presentations, ensuring adherence to service standards for food and beverage delivery and clearance, as well as managing inventory levels.

To qualify for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in full-service restaurant management within the UAE market. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail in maintaining service standards, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
