The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing supply chain operations. A Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration is required. The Cost Controller should possess strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools is essential, along with expertise in preparing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
As a Cost Controller at Melia Hotels International, you will be responsible for various tasks such as developing menu costing, setting prices, establishing mark-ups for F&B & wellness items, monitoring income and expenses across outlets daily, preparing cost analyses reports including Events P&L Statement, conducting monthly inventory closing reports with cost analysis deviations. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Assist. Purchasing Manager to ensure efficient supply contracts and agreements.
