In this role, you will be tasked with managing assigned accounts post-transition from the Client Acquisition team. You will identify cross-sell opportunities within client subsidiaries to expand relationships and pursue upsell opportunities for increased revenue. Developing customized account plans aimed at optimizing customer retention and growth will be essential. Collaborating with the Customer Success team to drive engagement and utilization of our solutions is crucial for success in this role. Additionally, nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts will be vital for both engagement and satisfaction.
To excel as an Account Manager at Meltwater, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in account management within the software or SaaS domain. Strong strategic thinking capabilities coupled with refined communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration across teams. Proficiency in Arabic and English is required along with the ability to work legally in the UAE. Embracing a hybrid work schedule that includes 3 days in the office weekly is also expected.
