We are currently seeking a Finance Manager for our META region, based at our Dubai Branch in Al Quoz. In this role, you will serve as the finance lead for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa region. Your responsibilities will include driving process optimization, standardization, and automation to achieve financial goals and strategic objectives. You will be responsible for monthly forecasting, annual planning cycles, long-range plan preparation, and regular business updates towards our WHQ. Additionally, you will implement an EBIT culture through margin improvement actions and cost reduction activities in line with the business plan. As a key partner to the META General Manager and CFO EMEA ANZ, you will play a crucial role in transforming the business post-acquisition.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a University Degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance roles. A strong business partnering mindset is essential, along with a proven track record in similar roles within multinational organizations. Proficiency in fundamental accounting and finance concepts is required, along with excellent communication skills and ownership mentality towards business performance. Fluency in English is necessary, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment that demands agility and flexibility.
