Finance Administrator

We are currently looking for a dedicated Senior Finance Administrator to join our dynamic team as we embark on exciting growth plans. In this role, you will take on a multi-functional position with leadership responsibilities. Your main tasks will include monitoring and clearing transactions on the ERP system, maintaining AR records, preparing monthly reports, supporting Accounts Payable functions, conducting financial analysis, processing GDRFA transactions payments, providing training to the CC team members, and offering essential day-to-day support to the department while upholding set standards.

Key Accountabilities:
- Monitor transactions on the ERP system to ensure compliance with KPIs.
- Train CC team members on processes.
- Record payments and generate invoices based on client payments.
- Monitor CP invoices tickets and ensure timely payments.
- Assist in Accounts Payable functions and act as a backup accountant when needed.
- Conduct assigned Financial Analysis tasks.
- Perform other duties as directed by your line manager.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent), preferably with an ACCA qualification. You should also possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, have knowledge of financial principles and accounting procedures, be proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel), demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in your work. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in any second language would be advantageous.
