To qualify for this role, candidates must possess an MBA or Master’s degree in Business or related field along with 5-7 years of experience in project management, operations or strategy (preferably in a free zone or regulated environment). The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset. They should be an excellent communicator with proven stakeholder management skills. Additionally, the successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, solution-driven individual who thrives in dynamic environments and has experience implementing AI or digital transformation initiatives.
Proficiency in English is required while knowledge of any other language is considered desirable.
