We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our expanding team as we embark on exciting growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for various key accountabilities that are crucial to our financial operations and strategic decision-making processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and presenting detailed financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. You will also play a pivotal role in leading the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic goals, and developing complex financial models to support critical initiatives.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance, provide actionable insights to management based on data analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally with departments like Operations, Marketing, and Sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, mentoring junior team members, and leading special projects as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting along with professional qualifications such as ACCA/CA/CPA. You should possess several years of experience in financial analysis roles, strong proficiency in financial modeling tools like Excel and ERP systems, excellent analytical skills, attention to detail in reporting accuracy, and effective communication abilities.
