We are currently looking for a dynamic Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to join our client's leadership team based in Abu Dhabi. The CFO will play a crucial role in driving the financial strategy, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring the overall financial health of the organization. As the Chief Finance Officer, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our company's vision and business goals. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. Leading the finance team, you will ensure effective financial planning and analysis to support organizational decisions. Additionally, managing relationships with stakeholders such as banks, investors, and external auditors will be a key aspect of this role. Conducting risk management and developing strategies to mitigate potential financial risks is also part of your mandate.
To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance management roles is required, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Comprehensive knowledge of corporate finance, financial modeling, performance management, as well as proven experience in financial planning and analysis are essential. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA or CMA are highly desirable. Experience in real estate, construction or property development industries would be advantageous.
