They are currently seeking a Construction Director to oversee the post-contract phase of high-rise residential projects. This role involves managing construction activities to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery while maintaining strong contractor relationships and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
As the Construction Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire construction process of high-rise residential projects post-contract. This includes ensuring that all construction activities align with project specifications, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will coordinate between internal project management teams, contractors, and third-party consultants to ensure seamless execution.
In addition to project delivery oversight, you will oversee and manage all contractors and subcontractors involved in the projects. Your role will involve resolving any construction-related issues or disputes to maintain smooth progress on-site while ensuring optimal coordination between subcontractors to prevent delays or conflicts in the construction schedule. Furthermore, you will be responsible for implementing rigorous quality control processes to ensure high-end residential finishes and compliance with UAE building regulations.
We are looking for a candidate with proven leadership abilities who can lead large teams effectively under pressure. Strong project management skills are essential for overseeing multiple phases and stakeholders simultaneously. Additionally, expertise in negotiating with contractors, managing claims, resolving disputes, budget management skills, and an in-depth understanding of UAE construction laws are required qualifications for this role.
