As the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial activities and reporting within the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring financial performance by conducting month-end closing activities, preparing monthly financial reports for Corporate Finance and Board Members, analyzing sales, margins, and expenses, implementing processes and controls, creating tools for tracking financial performance, and conducting targeted studies on business operations. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing annual budgets and strategic financial plans spanning 3 to 5 years to support the company's long-term objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Finance, at least 2 years of experience in financial controlling within an international setting, and familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry. We are looking for someone who is independent, proactive, curious, sociable, detail-oriented, energetic, motivated with strong proficiency in Excel and other IT systems. Fluency in English is required for this role.
