As a Finance Manager at Minor International, you will collaborate closely with the Cluster Director of Finance to ensure the seamless operation of our finance department. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts; monitoring financial performance against budget; overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes; ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and laws; assisting with audits and payroll activities; providing financial support to other departments; as well as supervising and training finance staff.

To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field along with at least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles within the hospitality industry. Proficiency in financial principles and practices is crucial, coupled with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. You must be adept at using Microsoft Excel and accounting software while possessing excellent communication skills to interact effectively within the organization.
