We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at The Beach House, a premier dining destination in Dubai. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our beachfront establishment, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while maximizing profitability. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily restaurant operations, developing strategies to increase revenue and control costs, managing a diverse team of staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws, maintaining vendor relationships, analyzing financial reports, collaborating with the culinary team on menus and pricing strategies, handling customer feedback effectively, implementing quality control standards, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration, at least 5 years of experience in restaurant management (preferably in high-end or beachfront dining establishments), strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in restaurant management software and financial tools, problem-solving capabilities, food safety certification, knowledge of UAE regulations and labor laws related to food safety. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages such as Russian or German is a plus.
