As a Senior Project Engineer at MORALS GENERAL CONTRACTING L.L.C., you will be responsible for leading and overseeing civil engineering works for substations. Your main duties will include ensuring timely project delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with stakeholders to address any project issues that may arise, utilizing your technical expertise to provide effective solutions.
In this role, you will also supervise and mentor engineering teams, ensuring that they comply with safety regulations and industry standards. You will review and approve designs for foundations, slabs, and structural elements to guarantee safety and structural integrity. Additionally, you will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring proper execution of designs and resolving any site-related issues promptly.
The ideal candidate for this position should hold a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with a Structural specialty, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, including at least 5 years in substation design and construction. Certification by Transco or an equivalent body is required, as well as experience in draft and deep foundations. A MOFA-attested degree certificate or its equivalent is also necessary for this role.
