mPower People Solutions, a leading Digital Advertising Company based in the UAE, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team on an immediate 12 to 18 month contract basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in addressing inefficiencies in data flow, analysis, and reporting within the organization. By removing manual tasks and non-value adding activities, the Finance Manager will support the transition and migration to new reporting lines, ensuring seamless integration of systems/tools and building impactful financial models to enhance analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes.
The ideal candidate for this role should be a qualified accountant with expertise in Excel for constructing financial models. Experience with transitions and system migrations is essential, along with proficiency in building dashboards using various tools and finance systems. Working closely with the Regional Finance Director and Finance Teams (Create and Group), the Finance Manager will be responsible for automating all manual tasks and data flow between non-integrated systems while developing impactful dashboards and Agency-wide reporting solutions.
