As an Assistant Finance Manager at Multiply Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance operations by ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting. Your responsibilities will include assisting in financial analysis, overseeing subsidiaries, coordinating audits, improving processes, and contributing to budgeting efforts. Key responsibilities of this role include preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), reconciling balance sheet accounts, conducting quarterly visits to European subsidiaries for review purposes, collaborating with auditors internal and external for necessary documentation and explanations, identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy, supporting budget development and monitoring efforts including variance analysis recommendations for improvement, as well as participating in ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting along with a professional accounting qualification such as CPA or ACCA. You must have 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles with strong knowledge of IFRS. Hands-on experience with accounting software is essential along with advanced MS Excel skills including V-lookups and pivot tables.
