At mustard&linen We are looking for a results-driven and confident financial controller to manage and improve our organization's financial performance and direct our accounting operations. Duties for the financial controller will include managing accounting records, evaluating, reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information.

Your strategic planning and exceptional numerical proficiency as a financial controller will aid our organization in maintaining positive revenue and financial growth, formulating sound financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans that support organizational strategy.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, a flair for numbers, be highly organized, and have excellent leadership skills. The noteworthy financial controller should streamline our accounting functions and operations, provide financial analysis and reports.

Required Skills:



Master's degree in accounting or equivalent. (ACCA, CA, CPA, FCCA)

Proven experience in finance Control of min. 6 years in the UAE.
Financial Analysis – Financial Reporting, Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting and Feasibility Analysis.
Financial Reporting – Evaluation and Presentation of Consolidated Financial Statements.
Review of filing of tax returns
Liaised with external auditors to ensure smooth audit of financial statements
Good communication skills.
Strong leadership qualities.
Cashflow management
Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
Auditing experience.
Compliance oriented.
Analytical skills.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Preparing financial reports. Month -end, quarter end and year end financial statements and management reports
Oracle implementation is a must (Fusion)
Analysing financial data.
Monitoring internal controls.
Monthly reporting to the group company (trial Balance, profit and loss account, balance sheet)
Cashflow management
A + is to be able to develop strategic business plans and financial forecast.
Overseeing and preparing income statements.
Participating in budgeting processes.
Managing financial transactions.
Streamlining accounting functions and operations.
Developing plans for financial growth.
Evaluating and managing risk.
Coordinating audit processes.
