**Job Description:**
As a Senior Manager - Finance at Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial accounting, consolidation, reporting, and inventory functions of the company. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the financial health of our organization by managing month-end closing activities across all operating regions. You will also be accountable for ensuring timely completion and reconciliation of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities.
In this role, you will manage relationships with suppliers, brands, and B2B customers while tracking business performance to identify areas for improvement. Leading the inventory team, you will optimize inventory levels and allocate capital effectively. Collaborating closely with the financial control team, you will ensure compliance with statutory regulations, legal requirements, taxation laws, and internal controls. Additionally, you will provide technical support on financial accounting matters to key stakeholders and internal customers within the business.
**Qualifications:**
- A graduate degree in Finance with a professional qualification (ACCA/ CPA/ ACA).
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in accounting/finance.
- Experience in process improvements and setting up streamlined controls.
- Expertise in accounting principles and inventory management.
