Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive and multichannel (direct, Indirect, international) sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets, considering market trends, competitive analysis, and business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the team's alignment with company goals and values.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, and other initiatives to expand the company's client / Brokers base and market presence.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, Brokers, investors, and other stakeholders, leveraging networks and industry knowledge to drive sales and negotiate deals.
• Sales Process Optimization: identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and ensuring efficient execution throughout the sales cycle.
• Sales Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor sales performance metrics, regularly analyzing sales data to measure progress, identify trends, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing insights to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, finance, and legal, to align sales efforts, resolve issues, and drive successful project outcomes.
• Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the sales department's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve sales targets and maintain profitability.
Professional Development: Stay ahead of industry developments, attend conferences, and participate in professional networks to enhance personal and team knowledge, skills, and expertise.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in sales and real estate business development roles.
• Strong leadership and managerial experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Demonstrated success in creating impactful sales strategies, generating revenue, product development and business expansion.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Established and nurtured an extensive personal network of brokers locally and internationally in key growth markets
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
• A self-motivated and proactive approach, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
