Senior Finance Manager / Finance Director



Our client, an Fmcg/retail entity established a few decades ago seeks to hire a senior finance incumbent for their corporate division.


Candidates must hold a recognized accounting/financial qualification and should be a leader capable of taking full responsibility for the complete spectrum of financial responsibility within the business. Potential candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven record of 8 to 12 years as head of financial and controls functions within a medium to large sized organization typically within retail/fmcg.


The role will require you to build and develop a team able to handle finance functionality, assess the current ERP systems and make recommendations for upgrade or replacement and supervise the implementation of the same whilst also developing internal control policies guidelines and procedures for the finance function.


At a strategic level you will act as a business partner to the senior management and as the strategic direction of the business will involve managing the finance of large business transactions and investments experiences.
