IT Manager

As the IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive IT support for our partner network. This includes managing ticketing systems, registration processes, and onboarding new partners onto our systems. You will serve as the primary IT helpdesk, delivering user support and addressing any system-related issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing demand and requirements effectively to ensure smooth operations within the partner system landscape.

In this role, you will also be involved in supporting Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) initiatives based on LeanIX and coordinating all IT topics for our Sales offices in various locations worldwide. You will provide strategic IT input for global partner management projects and lead/contribute to global projects within the Retail IT organization. Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with system owners, Area Sales Managers, HQ IT department, and other entities internationally on various IT topics and partner integration efforts.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management roles
