We are currently looking for a Qualified Finance Manager to join our team and oversee the financial operations within the transportation division of our group. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (Master's degree preferred) and at least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive or transportation industry. Strong leadership skills are essential as you will be leading a team of 5 finance professionals, providing mentorship, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

As the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include overseeing all financial operations to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. You will be responsible for developing financial reports, managing budgets, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring the overall financial health of the company. Additionally, you will lead month-end/year-end closing processes, manage audits and tax filings while implementing strategies for cost management and financial improvements. Collaboration with other departments to align financial planning with company objectives is crucial.

Experience with Oracle financial software is highly desirable for this role as you will be required to maintain and optimize its use for all financial processes and reporting purposes.
