Nathan & Nathan, a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality metering and packaged process systems for the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and Power Generation industries in the UK and Russia, is seeking a dedicated Financial Controller to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial matters, including financial operations, risk management, and profit generation.

As the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in developing efficient and effective best practice approaches to financial policies, procedures, and processes. Your key responsibilities will include preparing, reviewing, and presenting monthly management accounts with variance analysis and KPIs. You will also be tasked with producing annual accounts and budgets, leading detailed project accounting and analysis, developing financial forecasts for production and inventory, as well as implementing full production variance accounting.

In addition to financial management and reporting duties, you will take a lead role in strategic planning and analysis by developing, implementing, analyzing, maintaining, and presenting strategic business and financial plans. You will monitor the impact of price/cost changes within the business, provide financial support for future acquisitions and integrations, as well as commercially assess NPI (New Product Introduction) programs. Furthermore, you will oversee operations and systems by managing product accounting processes such as cash flow management, invoicing expediting invoice processes controlling supplier invoices.
