We are currently seeking a dedicated Financial Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing and optimizing financial operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with regulations, enhancing cash flow efficiency, as well as monitoring and reporting on the financial performance of the business. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape of our global operations.

The ideal candidate for this position must possess at least 3 years of successful experience in financial management within international start-ups or growing companies. A solid background in creating financial models, management reporting, and working with diverse stakeholders such as financial institutions and investors is essential. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills are required. Additionally, fluency in English (C1+) is a must-have for effective communication within our multicultural team.
