We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for one of our esteemed clients in Dubai, preferably with a background in the Paints & Coating Industry. As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and monitoring the group's financial position, activities, and capital structure. Working closely with banks, you will manage daily operations to ensure well-managed working capital lines while providing all necessary information for facility line negotiations based on strategic needs.
In addition to managing interest rate risk and establishing capital requirements, you will collaborate with the CEO to develop strategic directions for sustainable success. Your responsibilities will also include providing leadership to the finance and accounting team, preparing cash flow forecasts, developing key performance indicators for financial monitoring, and coordinating annual audits with external auditors. Furthermore, you will analyze receivables, monitor expenses and purchase orders, meet with clients and suppliers to address issues proactively.
