We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our team and oversee all financial operations in alignment with VARA (Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority) requirements in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, internal controls, audit management, and maintaining robust financial systems within our fast-evolving crypto brokerage industry. Collaborating closely with senior management, you will enhance financial processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
As the Finance Manager, your duties will include ensuring full compliance with VARA financial regulations, implementing internal financial controls for risk mitigation, leading internal and external audits to maintain transparent records aligned with UAE regulatory expectations, overseeing accounting processes following IFRS and VARA standards, monitoring treasury and liquidity management for efficient capital usage, and coordinating tax obligations under VARA’s crypto asset framework.
The successful candidate should possess 5+ years of experience in financial management, audit, or regulatory compliance within industries such as crypto, fintech, or financial services. Strong knowledge of VARA regulations and Dubai’s virtual asset compliance framework is essential. Additionally, candidates with backgrounds in financial audits, regulatory reporting, or risk management in highly regulated environments along with CPA, ACCA or other relevant finance/audit certifications are preferred.
