We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team at Newmatic Group in Dubai's Jabel Ali Freezone. The ideal candidate will oversee all AMC, Warranty, and Paid service activities to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting departmental objectives. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing service staff schedules, reviewing warranty claims, providing technical assistance and training to service technicians, developing KPIs for the department, and conducting regular audits on service operations.

The successful candidate must have experience in service management or maintenance operations within a similar industry. A technical background with experience in field service operations is preferred. Additionally, candidates should have experience managing operations related to service delivery or project management. A bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is required for this role. The position offers a competitive salary range of AED 15000 (including benefits) along with a company car and fuel allowance. Candidates must be available to join within 15-30 days and possess a UAE car license.
