We are currently seeking a Finance Controller to join our team. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial performance through reporting and analysis, advising on purchasing costs, collaborating with sales teams to maintain margins aligned with business plans, managing warehouse inventory, ensuring comprehensive statutory compliance, conducting regular reviews with the Operations team, addressing budget variances with corrective actions, and ensuring adherence to financial statutory requirements and audit processes.
The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-10 years of experience in finance. UAE experience is mandatory, and candidates from the agri commodity industry will be preferred. Key skills required include analytical abilities, hedging and FX strategies, risk management, understanding of product pricing dynamics like Cashews and Cocoa procurement hubs, knowledge of cost and margins analysis end-to-end, proficiency in Tally ERP Microsoft Navision-Pastel implementation platforms, Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint, banking systems knowledge, basic company secretary functions understanding, audit compliance requirements knowledge.
