Nissan Italia s.r.l., a leading automotive company in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Section Manager R&D to join their team. As the Section Manager R&D, your primary responsibility will be to conduct benchmarking activities against competitor models by analyzing market trends, field quality data, customer feedback, media impressions, NSC inputs, competitiveness assessment with other brands. You will propose key changes and inputs for future models to design/test and manufacturing teams. Additionally, you will conduct customer interviews and surveys to understand customer requirements and usage patterns. Your role will involve creating market design standards to ensure the release of optimal models in the market.

You will be expected to take charge as the Frontline marketability expert by conducting marketability and evaluation tests of engineering methods on GCC models before the start of production (SOP). This will involve leading/managing the target setting phase/performance target activity phase based on market requirements and customer expectations for various models in GCC. Your goal will be to ensure successful market acceptance and salability of our products through meticulous analysis and strategic planning.
