Your responsibilities will include setting up the assigned Food & Beverage outlet in a timely manner according to meal settings and opening hours. You will work towards meeting revenue targets for the outlet while controlling operational expenses effectively. Attending regular training sessions to enhance your guest care skills, product knowledge, and grooming standards is essential.

In addition to taking orders, presenting menus, and handling payments directly from guests, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and friendly demeanor while on duty. Handling guest seating arrangements, addressing complaints promptly as per instructions or consulting supervisors when needed are key aspects of this role. You will also be required to maintain cleanliness in your work area, report any maintenance issues promptly, and participate in training programs recommended by senior management.
