In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of backend services using Node.js for robust and efficient performance. You will guide the frontend team in building intuitive dashboards with React.js and lead mobile app development using React Native to ensure seamless user experiences across platforms. Additionally, you will manage and optimize AWS infrastructure, leveraging Kubernetes for container orchestration, as well as architecting and maintaining transaction APIs using the FIX protocol and Fixparser for secure and reliable transactions. Your role will also involve ensuring seamless integration with UAE's leading refineries and other key partners while implementing best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
The ideal candidate for this position should have 10+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on leadership roles. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Proven experience with Node.js, React.js, React Native, AWS services, Kubernetes for infrastructure management, as well as familiarity with FIX protocol and financial transaction APIs is highly desirable. Strong architectural and design skills along with excellent problem-solving abilities are essential qualities we seek in potential candidates.
