We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee critical financial functions in our Dubai entity. Responsibilities include managing accounting, taxation, internal controls, cost management, accounts payable, and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate will prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards tailored to crypto-specific requirements. Engaging with auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure clear financial reporting is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be CPA Qualified with over 9 years of experience in financial services or the crypto industry. Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations is mandatory. We are looking for a self-starting problem solver with excellent communication skills who can navigate a fast-paced startup environment effectively. Attention to detail and the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks are crucial qualities we seek in potential candidates.
