To support our growth, we are seeking a skilled Account Planning Manager to join our Dubai-based team.

As the Account Planning Manager, you will be the primary contact for brand partners, including top-tier distributors. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and developing the brand portfolio across various categories. You will also strategize and execute business development activities to onboard new brands or reactivate existing ones.

In terms of project management, you will be involved in event planning for both offline pop-up events and online sales on our website. This will require liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event preparation and maximize sales opportunities. Additionally, you will oversee logistics for pop-up events, manage inventory, and ensure timely product delivery.

Account Management is a key aspect of this role where you will nurture current business partnerships by fostering meaningful relationships with brand partners. Providing insights and support to these partners to drive mutual business growth is essential. Furthermore, your involvement in strategizing and executing business development activities with the team will help onboard exciting new brands for our members.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in account management or business development B2B within the Retail industry. Strong negotiation skills, a target-driven approach, strategic thinking abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills are required. Being customer-oriented with a growth mindset, able to multitask effectively, self-starting with clear communication skills are all qualities that we value. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also essential.
