As an Assistant HR Manager at OnTheList, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to contract preparation, ensuring that we attract top talent to join the OnTheList Family. Additionally, you will assist new joiners in their integration process and maintain employee records while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
In addition to HR functions, you will provide essential administrative support by scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and facilitating work visa applications for employees. You will also be involved in payroll management to ensure accurate processing and compliance with tax regulations. Furthermore, you will assist in legal and compliance matters by supporting the registration of legal entities for new markets and ensuring adherence to local regulations across all HR functions.
