Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities Operational Support
Assist the Projects team with the execution of event-related operations. Coordinate logistical planning and manage event-day execution.
Administrative Functions
Provide administrative support to Senior- or Project Managers. Maintain and update the department's events calendar. Ensure documentation, such as meeting memos and event manuals, is prepared and distributed.
Planning & Execution
Develop and oversee detailed project plans addressing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor and report timelines while ensuring quality and adherence to standards. Support in creating and executing event manuals covering all aspects of the project lifecycle.
Coordination
Act as a point of contact between departments, third-party suppliers, and stakeholders for seamless communication. Manage distribution of contracts, travel, and other logistical requirements.
Risk & Reporting
Support risk management processes... etc

Key Job Requirements:
  • - Minimum 3 years proven background in event or project coordination/management.
  • - Experience in planning and executing events, managing budgets, and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • - Familiarity with risk management and compliance procedures.
Skills:
  • - Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • - Proficiency in project management software/tools such as MS Project or Asana.
  • - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
