Main Duties & Responsibilities
Managing all F&B and day-to-day operations within budget and to the highest standards. Ensuring excellent levels of internal and external customer service. Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel. Establishing targets, KPI’s and schedules. Together with the Executive Chef, design menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements. Comply with all health and safety regulations. Meet guest needs and exceed their expectations by projecting a positive hotel image through proper grooming, appropriate verbal communication, and taking responsibility of guest needs. Run daily line-up and communicate pertinent information to the Food and Beverage staff. Responsible for checking table settings and that the dining room is ready for our guests. Knowledge of all menu items and accompanying silverware. Ensure that orders are relayed to the kitchen in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure that the flow of the guest experience in the dining room is consistent and timely. Deal with any complaints or questions in a professional manner. Inform the kitchen of any special requests or needs (allergies). Record and pass on any useful information to the host/hostess such as special occasions, etc. Assist with the training of the dining room staff on all aspects of the operation in the dining room. Ensure that guests are greeted in a timely manner upon entering the dining room, their jackets are brought to them when they leave.

Required Experience & Qualifications
Proven food and beverage management experience within a luxury environment. Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently. Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices. Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets. Guest-oriented and service-minded. Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or a related field First-class presentation and communication skills Adaptable & flexible with the capacity to set high goals.
