As a Facilities Maintenance Manager at Parisima Talent, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all maintenance-related tasks for staff accommodations throughout the UAE. Working closely with Camp Bosses, you will address maintenance needs promptly and ensure that all facilities comply with our policies and relevant laws. Your responsibilities will include planning equipment requirements, coordinating with the finance team for timely bill payments, educating employees on safety protocols, supervising personnel responsible for individual facilities, and optimizing operations to ensure efficient lease renewals.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field. With at least 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, particularly managing staff accommodations, you should possess strong knowledge of maintenance practices, UAE regulations, and safety standards. Excellent leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and proficient problem-solving capabilities are essential. Additionally, expertise in budgeting, facility management software utilization, operational planning skills are required. A valid UAE Driving License is also necessary for this role.
