As the Senior OCC Engineer, you will serve as the client's representative to ensure that OCC systems are designed, implemented, and operated according to project specifications and operational requirements. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the integration of critical systems such as signaling, SCADA, telecommunications, and passenger information systems within the OCC. You will also participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and system commissioning activities to validate system functionality.
In addition to monitoring contractors' progress and compliance with international safety, security, and operational standards, you will provide expert guidance on operational readiness for both normal operations and emergency scenarios. Your role will involve coordinating communication between the client, contractors, and operations teams to facilitate issue resolution effectively. Furthermore, you will review technical documentation related to designs, operational procedures, and training materials to ensure accuracy and completeness.
