We are currently seeking a Finance Controller – Russian Speaking to join one of the largest processors and marketers of pulses in the black sea region. As the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations in Russia, Turkey, Canada, and other entities within the region. Reporting directly to the Global CFO, your role will involve financial planning, reporting, risk management, IFRS compliance, and providing strategic support to enhance business performance.

Key responsibilities for this role include developing and implementing financial strategies to support business growth, overseeing budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple entities while complying with IFRS and local regulations. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing liquidity, cash flow forecasting, optimizing working capital management, monitoring credit risk & debt collection across different markets. Collaborating with regional leadership & commercial teams will also be essential for driving strategic decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate should possess 7-10 years of experience in financial management or accounting with strong expertise in financial consolidation & IFRS reporting. Regional experience in UAE & Russia is a must along with advanced proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Fluency in English & Russian languages is mandatory for effective communication across the region.
