As the Financial Planning & Analysis Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial health and growth by leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives. You will work closely with various departments to collect and consolidate financial data for accurate budget development. Analyzing revenue, margins, overhead costs, and conducting cost-benefit analysis to optimize business profitability will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will generate detailed analytical reports based on stakeholder requests for strategic decision-making purposes.
The ideal candidate for this role must have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce as a minimum requirement, with CA/MBA qualifications considered advantageous. Strong technical skills in MS Office proficiency, financial modeling, and data analysis are required. Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus.
