As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at PMMS, your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the market or cluster. You will serve as the main point of contact for all recruitment activities and collaborate with Third Party Workers (TPW), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partners, and internal resources. Additionally, you will coordinate Employer Branding (EB) and Early Careers (EC) initiatives at a market level while engaging with key stakeholders such as Head of Functions.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve understanding hiring manager requirements, overseeing recruitment processes from initiation to onboarding, enhancing candidate experiences through process improvements, and managing larger recruitment projects in alignment with global frameworks. By utilizing diverse sourcing channels and minimizing agency spend, you will ensure the quality of shortlisted candidates meets our standards. Moreover, maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), collaborating with Center of Excellence teams for process enhancements, and tracking progress against objectives are crucial aspects of this role.
