The group operates in various sectors including oil and gas trading, construction, maintenance services, and real estate. As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of the organization and ensuring compliance with UAE banking and finance systems.
In this role, you will lead a team of 2 accountants and be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the business. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of professional experience in finance, with a minimum of 5 years as a Finance Manager. Knowledge of the UAE banking system is essential, including familiarity with banking documentation, setting up new business bank accounts, processing payments, and understanding banking compliance and regulations.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record in leading and developing finance and accounting teams. Strong English communication skills are also necessary for this role.
