We are currently seeking a Director of Engineering who will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping technology transformation programs within the Travel & Hospitality and Government sectors in KSA. As the Director of Engineering, you will guide architecture, technical design, and development processes, leveraging expertise in AI, Cloud Native Architectures, Modern data implementations, Java, JavaScript, DevOps/Automation, Microservices, Cloud platforms, Big Data/Machine learning platforms among others. You will also drive business development initiatives by cultivating client relationships and delivering compelling presentations to C-level stakeholders. In addition to providing technical leadership for multidisciplinary teams internationally, you will be responsible for building engineering capability within KSA through developing engineering leaders and implementing engineering transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned technology leader with experience operating at an executive level (e.g., CTO, CIO), leading globally distributed engineering teams of 100+ members. You should have a strong academic background in a relevant discipline along with industry knowledge of key T&H and KSA Government sectors such as Smart Cities, Aviation & Hospitality. Proficiency in contemporary technologies and methodologies for delivering enterprise-scale engineering projects is essential.
