As the Finance Manager at PXGEO, you will play a crucial role in leading the budgeting and cash flow forecasting efforts within the company. Your expertise in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting will be essential in ensuring the financial health of our projects and initiatives. In this role, you will develop, implement, and oversee the company's budgeting process to align with business strategy and objectives. You will also lead the cash flow forecasting process for the Group and manage short-term financing strategies to support operational needs.
Additionally, as a Finance Manager at PXGEO, you will monitor and analyze financial performance to provide actionable insights to senior management. You will prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts while collaborating with departments to gather budgetary needs for proper resource allocation. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls will be a key responsibility along with assisting in developing financial policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification (CMA, CFA) is preferred. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in financial management with a focus on budgeting and cash flow management. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting, excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams are essential qualities we seek.
