As a Finance and HR Department Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various financial and HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and compliance with local regulations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the payments register, assisting with bookkeeping tasks, preparing VAT submissions, supporting consolidated audits, processing payments accurately and timely, managing payroll calculations, overseeing the WPS system for salary processing, handling health insurance management for employees, managing employee visas efficiently, and collaborating with the PRO for documentation processing.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field along with 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting or HR administration. Familiarity with IFRS and UAE labor and visa regulations is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel is required, as well as familiarity with payroll and accounting software. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive approach to tasks, and excellent communication skills are also key attributes that we are looking for in potential candidates.
