Employment: Full Time
The Credit Controller will be responsible for managing the credit control process, ensuring timely payments from customers, and minimizing overdue accounts.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments are received.
• Contact customers to collect overdue payments and resolve any payment issues.
• Negotiate payment plans with customers who are unable to pay in full.
• Review credit limits and terms of payment for new and existing customers.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in customer accounts.
• Prepare and send out monthly statements to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely invoicing and prompt payment from customers.
• Provide regular reports to the Finance Manager on the status of customer accounts.
• Keep abreast of changes in credit regulations and policies.

Requirements:
Requisite Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Experience Requirement
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit control or debt collection.
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
Skill Sets
• Computer skills, working in ERP environment / Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Preferably bilingual (English / Arabic)
• Advanced communication skill, Negotiation, Multi skilled
