As a Management Accountant at Regal Group, you will play a crucial role in preparing management accounts, financial reports, and performance analysis. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth variance analysis, assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial compliance with accounting standards (IFRS), and providing valuable financial insights for strategic initiatives. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver accurate data-driven recommendations will be essential in optimizing our financial performance.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (MBA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA preferred) along with 3+ years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Navision/Business Central are highly desirable skills. Additionally, strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines are key attributes we are looking for in potential candidates.

• 3+ years in management accounting
• Financial analysis experience
