As we expand our operations, we are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team and drive sustainable, data-driven growth.
As the Finance Manager at Reno, you will have a pivotal role in overseeing various financial aspects of our projects. This includes managing cash flow, supplier payments, contractor payments, and budgets across multiple renovation projects. You will also be responsible for supporting credit operations related to our renovate-now-pay-later credit offering by monitoring credit performance, default risk, and collections. Additionally, you will develop financial dashboards to provide real-time insights into business performance and lead budgeting & forecasting cycles to drive strategic planning with leadership.
The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles within high-growth startups or tech-driven businesses. Advanced financial modeling skills including proficiency in Excel, scenario planning, and profitability analysis are required. Experience with accounting tools such as Zoho Books and QuickBooks is essential. Strong attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights are crucial qualities we are looking for. Exposure to proptech, fintech, construction, or operations-heavy sectors is a bonus. A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative is highly valued.
