We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, conducting bank reconciliations, and performing cyclical audits. In addition, strong interpersonal skills and a solid business acumen are essential for this role. The successful candidate will be based at our office in Business Bay, Dubai and will work 6 days a week.
Key responsibilities for this position include daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks, bank reconciliations, following up with clients and suppliers on payments, VAT filing, corporate tax filing, tracking project finances, allocating expenses per project, managing budgeting and forecasting. Experience in the interior fit-out or construction industry is a must-have for this role, along with proficiency in Quickbooks and Quickbooks Projects.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field with the ability to interpret and analyze financial statements. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is also required. The salary range for this position is AED 5000-6000 per month depending on experience.
