As a Restaurant General Manager at RIKAS Hospitality Group, you will play a vital role in overseeing all restaurant operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities will include leading, mentoring, and developing a dedicated team of hospitality professionals. You will be tasked with managing budgets, financials, and cost controls to achieve profitability while implementing and maintaining high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and execute marketing strategies that attract and retain guests while building strong relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers.
