We are currently looking for a highly motivated FinTech Analyst with a strong background in financial technology and investment analysis to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the eKYC process to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for startups. Additionally, they will streamline onboarding processes for portfolio companies by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include identifying promising FinTech startups aligned with our investment goals, conducting due diligence on potential investment opportunities including financial analysis and risk evaluation, managing all stages of the investment process from deal structuring to fund disbursement, monitoring investment milestones and performance metrics of startups invested in, developing workshops focusing on investment readiness for startups among other tasks.
The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field along with 4-5 years of experience in FinTech or investment analysis. Strong analytical skills are required along with proficiency in financial modeling tools. Excellent communication skills are essential as well as the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Knowledge of regulatory compliance in FinTech is preferred along with experience using financial software.
